I know there is an uproar about AI text-based or text generated art, not being art which was an argument when you with mixed-media.
I do understand where the artists are coming from, due in part because I dabbled in Art with pencil and pastel sketches and then Graffiti as well, because it can take anywhere from 2 minutes to an hour to get the AI to render something the way I intended it.
An artist could take weeks, months or years to get to their voice on canvas or walls.
I must admit that I enjoy it and continue to do it in order to see what it creates and tweak tweak tweak until I grin from ear to ear. Some of the AI out there is being used and abused e.g. ChatGPT in order for some sort of gain and ill gains, like with anything people try and push pull until they have reached their limits or they get bored and toss it out like an old rag.
I like to hold onto tech and apps, so I'll continue to generate/create until arthritis or Parkinsons kicks
